Useful Chennel of Communication for Organization



· Communication is an art of sharing meaningful ideas, informations, knowledge, experience and feelings.

· There are four types of Communication:

  • Downward Communication
  • Upward Communication
  • Lateral Communication
  • Grapevine Communication

· We will prefer Upward Communication channel in our organization.

· It communication is goes bottom to top.

· It’s called Upward Communication.

· Advantages :

o In this communication problem/suggestion are accepted so problem are solve.

o Decision will be perfect, good and favoring to all.

o Communication is fast and easy.

o Feedback is easily gated in this communication.

· Disadvantage :

o There confusion because more suggestions and so decision will be slows.

o Decision will be slow.

o Top level people will try to harass lower level people in this communication.

o Lower level people have less experience, education in communication skills.

o In Upward Communication verbal, non-verbal and written communication are possible.

o Upward Communication is formal communication.

o Because of its many advantages we will prefer Upward Communication is our organization.
